This event will compare and contrast the varying requirements for obtaining patent protection for medical device technologies around the world. In particular, a panel of in house and private practice attorneys will discuss the differences between US, European and Japanese laws to explore successful global strategies, as well as discussing licensing strategies and worldwide trends. Following the discussion, there will be a mixer/networking session with nibbles and drinks.
